This policy explains what H3 Max ([COMPANY NAME]) collects and why. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number to use the app.

What we collect

• An anonymous account ID created on first launch, so your credits and videos belong to you.
• What you create: prompts, photos you upload, and the videos generated for you.
• Purchase status (which plan, renewal dates) from Apple or Google through RevenueCat. We never see your payment card.
• A push notification token if you allow notifications, to tell you when a video is ready.
• Basic technical logs (request times, errors) to keep the service running.

Who processes it

We share data only with providers that run the service for us:

• fal and kie.ai: generate videos from your prompts and photos.
• Cloudflare: hosting and file storage. Neon: database.
• RevenueCat, Apple and Google: purchases and subscriptions.
• Expo: delivering push notifications.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and we don't use your content to train AI models.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days. Your videos are kept until you delete them or your account. You can delete your account and all its content at any time in Settings → Delete my data.

Children

H3 Max is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
