These terms govern your use of the H3 Max app and website ("H3 Max"), operated by [COMPANY NAME]. By using H3 Max you agree to them.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and photos you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, the videos generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. You must have the rights to any photo you upload, and you may not upload images of people without their consent.

Acceptable use

• No sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that harasses people.
• No content that impersonates real people to deceive, or that infringes others' rights.
• No attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

We may refuse prompts, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions and credits

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription credits refresh each period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Credits have no cash value. If a video fails to render, the credits for it are returned automatically. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

AI output

Generated videos are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Don't rely on them as factual. You are responsible for how you use and share them.

Disclaimers and liability

H3 Max is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
